Petr Menšík

After completing an engineer’s degree in quality assurance and food technology from the Czech Agricultural University in Prague, Petr worked for several years at a large multi-national food and drink company in the fields of nutrition, consumer communication, regulatory affairs and quality assurance. Before joining ECCO, Petr also worked as an advisor and nutrition consultant to the food industry and educational institutions. He is currently Secretary General for two industry associations in the food ingredients sector. He is fluent in English and Czech (mother tongue), has a working knowledge of Slovak and basic knowledge of French.
