Maryse Hervé

Maryse graduated as a food microbiologist engineer (IMiB-ESMISAB – France) and worked for eleven years in Germany and France for several food ingredient companies on R&D, marketing, communications and crisis management. Before she joined ECCO in 2004, she also worked for four years in Brussels as Regulatory Affairs Manager for a food sector association. She currently serves as Secretary General for a leading European association in the food ingredient sector and also provides food regulatory services to a number of corporate clients. Maryse is fluent in English, French (mother tongue) and has a good knowledge of German and Italian.
